About the Trinity Foundation
From humble beginnings rooted in a deep sense of purpose, our Foundation was established with one enduring mission: to help support Trinity’s legacy of unwavering faith, service, and hope.
The Foundation exists to turn generosity into lasting impact. Through the thoughtful stewardship of donated gifts, we provide funding for life-changing scholarships, staff development, campus improvements, and the growth of ministries and missions—ensuring a strong and vibrant future for generations to come.
Our History
In the Spring of 2022, Trinity’s Board of Directors approved the establishment of the Trinity Foundation General. The Foundation General’s purpose is to receive assets via donation, manage such assets in accordance with the Foundation bylaws, and distribute funding that would support the ministries of Trinity.
In March of 2024, a designated account was added to the Trinity Foundation for the sole purpose of supporting Trinity’s School Ministry. The overarching goal of this designated account is to proclaim the Gospel message through the School and the children that are educated there.
Our Leadership
The Foundation is overseen by a committee made up of Trinity Lutheran Church members in good standing and operates under the authority of Trinity’s Board of Directors. The congregation’s Treasurer also serves as the Treasurer of the Foundation.
Committee members are entrusted with the careful management of Foundation assets and partner with Thrivent Financial for investment guidance and execution. To ensure continued quality and performance, financial advisors are reviewed by the Committee at least every three years.
Each year, the Committee recommends to the Board of Directors how and where grant funds should be distributed to support the church and school. No funds are distributed without the Board’s approval.
